Welcome to LXDC, a dating and social connection platform operated by LegacyX UK Inc. Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LXDC mobile application (the “App”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA).
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use the App in your country.
Use of the App is prohibited where restricted by law.

2. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access certain features of the App.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Apple’s EULA, or applicable laws.

3. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload (“User Content”).

  • By posting or sharing content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within LXDC and related services.

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy: we do not permit illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.

  • Users engaging in such behaviour will face immediate suspension or permanent termination.

  • You may report objectionable content or block abusive users using in-app tools. Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another user.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

  • Use the App for commercial or promotional purposes without our written consent.

  • Upload or distribute malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.

  • Use automation tools, bots, or scraping technologies.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Premium Services & Payments

  • Certain LXDC features may be available via in-app purchases or subscriptions.

  • Payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Refunds: all purchases are final. Refunds (if applicable) are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

  • Subscriptions: renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

  • Prices, features, and subscription options may change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with the LXDC App are the exclusive property of LegacyX UK Inc. Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Safety & Disclaimer

We encourage respectful and responsible behaviour but do not vet or monitor all users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions, both online and offline.
We are not liable for the actions, statements, or conduct of other users.
Exercise caution when meeting others through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LXDC.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the App settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in unlawful activity.
Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies for any breach.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Users in other regions may also have rights under their local consumer-protection laws.
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Significant changes will be notified via the App or by email.
Continued use of LXDC after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
